 With an career spanning more than two decades, Tyler has cultivated his expertise starting as an industrial real estate broker at industry titans such as CBRE, Newmark, and JLL. Throughout his tenure, he adeptly represented a diverse clientele, ranging from landlords and tenants to individual owners, family offices, and institutional owners.

Venturing beyond brokerage after 15 years, Tyler transitioned into the realm of ownership, spearheading investment, acquisitions, and disposition strategies at esteemed organizations like Next Realty and Colony Capital. A founding member of GID Industrial, Tyler orchestrated transactions exceeding $2 billion within the GID Value Add Fund, the GID Urban Logistics Fund, the Colony Industrial Fund, and Next Realty Industrial Fund.

In pursuit of something more entrepreneurial, Tyler established Hent Ventures with a vision to address a critical void in the light industrial sector. Here, he strives to create opportunities for investors to maximize their returns in this pivotal industry.

 With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Jon has dedicated the lion's share of his professional journey to office tenant representation at Savills, where he held the esteemed position of Senior Managing Director. His expertise extends across a spectrum of real estate facets, collaborating closely with Fortune 1000 companies to navigate the intricacies of office, warehouse, retail, strategic planning, and portfolio optimization.

Jon's exceptional contributions have garnered him an array of prestigious awards, including the Crain’s Chicago Office Broker of the Year, LoopNet’s Rising Stars, and numerous other accolades. 

After 20 years in office brokerage and tenant representation, Jon has strategically pivoted to the principal side of the business. In creating Hent Ventures, he leverages his extensive network for fundraising initiatives and adeptly identifies risks and outliers, contributing to the strategic investment decisions of our clients.
