Throughout his tenure, he adeptly represented a diverse clientele, ranging from landlords and tenants to individual owners, family offices, and institutional owners.
Venturing beyond brokerage after 15 years, Tyler transitioned into the realm of ownership, spearheading investment, acquisitions, and disposition strategies at esteemed organizations like Next Realty and Colony Capital. A founding member of GID Industrial, Tyler orchestrated transactions exceeding $2 billion within the GID Value Add Fund, the GID Urban Logistics Fund, the Colony Industrial Fund, and Next Realty Industrial Fund.
In pursuit of something more entrepreneurial, Tyler established Hent Ventures with a vision to address a critical void in the light industrial sector. Here, he strives to create opportunities for investors to maximize their returns in this pivotal industry.
Mitch brings over 30 years of industrial real estate experience with a specialized focus on investment strategy, development, and portfolio management. A recognized industry leader, Mitch has led major development initiatives and strategic acquisitions for Fortune 500 companies, including Lowe’s and Restoration Hardware.
Before joining Hent Ventures, Mitch held senior positions at Cushman & Wakefield and JLL, where he built a national reputation for his expertise in supply chain optimization and industrial development strategy. He has served as both President and Vice President of the Colorado Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and remains actively involved in the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and NAIOP. His deep industry relationships and market insight contribute directly to the firm’s investment success.
