Tyler Hardy is the founder and principal of HENT Ventures, where he serves as an investment advisor, consultant, and co-investor for private capital seeking exposure to U.S. industrial real estate.

Tyler spent the first fifteen years of his career as an industrial real estate broker at CBRE, Newmark, and JLL – representing landlords, tenants, family offices, and institutional owners across the full spectrum of industrial transactions.
